Bad Dreams

I had a bad dream last night. Not bad in the usual sense. It was a very nice dream. Very enjoyable. But it was a dream about some of the things I want but can't have. Which has done me no good at all.

My friend in Brighton has suggested she might want to move to Manchester. She's unhappy down there and wants a fresh start. She's thinking of Manchester because she has two friends here. I felt it only right that I warn her not to be too hopeful about inserting herself into my social circle. I don't have one. If she can make lots of friends through her other friend here, perhaps I can crowbar myself into that social circle. It could be a really good thing for me. I could use a real friend close by. I just hope it turns out to be good for her. This is all highly speculative at the moment though. From the spelling on her texts, I think she was drunk when she was sending the messages :)

I'm experimenting with my own domain. You should now be able to reach this blog by hitting http://blog.blondealien.com. I'll be setting up an email address on that domain too. Just for fun, really.

I know. I have a weird sense of fun!
